Marion High School Alumni Association congratulates this year’s winner of the Jason Taylor Family Scholarship: Steven Fuller, a member of Marion High School’s Class of 2024.
This scholarship assists students in overcoming obstacles to reach for their dreams. Steven was awarded $2,500.
The Jason Taylor Family Spark Fund was established in 2022 by Jason Taylor, a 1992 graduate of MHS. Though previous awards have been given out of the Spark Fund, 2024 is the first year for the Jason Taylor Family Scholarship.
Steven Fuller is a member of National Honor Society.
He will enroll at Ball State University as a sophomore, having already earned multiple college credits during his time at Marion High School. He will be studying exercise science, with a career goal of personal training.
He will also be enlisting in the National Guard.
“My experience at Marion has taught me plenty of valuable life skills, including perseverance, hard work, and adaptability,” Steven said. “I hope to become successful and be able to give back to people and my family.”
